Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a seasoned Director of Franchise Operations for the Central region, based in Draper, UT. You will lead strategic franchise execution with bottlers, drive annual business plan delivery, and optimize topline, share, and volume across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in franchise operations or similar leadership in the CPG industry.
• Proven track record in delivering strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact and 'face of KO' to bottler head in the assigned geography.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure ABP delivery.
• Drive and support bottler strategies for topline, share, and volume.
• Forecast performance metrics and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions with urgency.
• Lead cross-functional teams and resources to meet objectives.
• Represent Coca‑Cola values and promote integrity in all interactions.
