This role bridges enterprise strategy with local execution across the KO–bottler system. You will own adoption, track KPIs, and partner with bottler leadership to scale transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in franchise operations, commercial strategy, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within or alongside franchise systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify next-generation growth and capability opportunities across assigned territories.
• Diagnose structural performance gaps and define where to play and how to win shifts.
• Translate insights into a prioritized transformation roadmap.
• Lead design of new operating models across critical domains (route to market, decoupling, segmentation, portfolio acceleration).
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to deliver transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Establish governance, milestones, and execution discipline.
• Translate enterprise strategies into actionable local plans and embed them.
• Own adoption and realization of transformation initiatives, tracking KPIs and value realization.
