Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead and scale two critical domains: Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement. This remote-friendly role partners with engineering, design, analytics, and business functions to drive scalable, compliant product outcomes.

You will build and mentor a 6–10 PM team, define a multi-year strategy, and translate vision into actionable roadmaps to support rapid product innovation across geographies and product lines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience with leadership of PM teams.
• Deep experience in loans or lending systems and payments infrastructure.
• Experience in fintech or financial services with platform products.
• Ability to set and execute long-term platform strategy in fast-moving environments.
• Strong technical fluency and data-driven storytelling capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a PM team of 6–10 people, including people managers.
• Own the vision and multi-year strategy for Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement.
• Serve as the executive subject-matter expert on loan lifecycle mechanics and payment rails.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Ops.
• Architect scalable platform strategies for global expansion and faster time-to-market.
