Job summary

Affim is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead and scale the Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement domains. You will build and mentor a PM team, set multi-year strategy, and guide cross-functional partners across engineering, finance, and compliance.

This role focuses on scalable, compliant financial platforms with global reach and rapid product innovation. As the domain authority, you will own loan lifecycle mechanics, payment rails, and platform decisions, while driving

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience, with 3–5 years managing PM teams including people managers
• Deep experience in loans or lending systems and platform architecture for loan servicing
• Meaningful experience in money movement, payments infrastructure, or financial operations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing PM team of 6–10 product managers, including people managers
• Define multi-year strategy for Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement and translate into roadmaps
• Serve as executive-level SME on loan lifecycle mechanics, payment rails, settlement flows, and platform decisions
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Client Success
• Architect platform strategies to enable scalability and international expansion
• Define success metrics and ensure reliability and accuracy of critical systems
• Present strategy and priorities to senior leadership and guide investment decisions
