We are seeking a Director of Product to own the Affirm Card and Card Platform, defining strategy, building a high‑performing team, and delivering durable business outcomes across this critical product area.

The role requires 15+ years of product management leadership, deep fintech experience, and a proven ability to scale orgs and platforms while driving collaboration with engineering,

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management leading multi‑team domains.
• Experience building scalable PM organizations.
• Strong strategic and systems thinking.
• Fintech/payments domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term Card domain vision and roadmap.
• Lead Card Platform and D2C products.
• Translate company strategy into a cohesive roadmap across teams.
