Job summary

Affim is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement domains within a remote-first setup in the United States. You will guide vision, strategy, and execution across product, engineering, and business partners to scale complex financial platforms.

You will own multi-year roadmaps, drive cross-functional alignment, and define metrics to ensure system reliability and regulatory compliance while enabling rapid product innovation across markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management with 3–5 years leading PM teams.
• Deep experience in loans or lending systems and platform architecture.
• Experience in money movement, payments infrastructure, or financial operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing PM team. Build, mentor, and manage a team of 6-10 product managers, including people managers.
• Own the vision and strategy for Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement with multi-year roadmaps.
• Serve as executive-level SME on loan lifecycle mechanics, payment rails, and platform decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, Legal, Compliance, and Client Success.
• Enable platform scalability and international expansion across geographies.
• Define success metrics and ensure reliability and accuracy of critical systems.
• Influence senior leadership with strategy, tradeoffs, and priorities.
