Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement, two foundational domains in our financial platform.

You will scale a PM team, define multi-year strategy, and partner with engineering, finance, legal, and operations to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. You'll own domain authority on loan lifecycle mechanics, payment rails, and cross-border transfers, translating vision into roadmaps and measurable outcomes while fostering a culture

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience with 3–5 years leading PM teams.
• Deep experience in loans or lending systems and platform architecture.
• Meaningful experience in money movement, payments infrastructure or financial operations.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or banking; BNPL familiarity a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to set and execute long-term platform strategy.
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable with data models and API discussions.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools to accelerate work.
• Track record of building and scaling distributed PM teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
