Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company redefining how people pay over time. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility planning programs across engineering, product, and analytics, scaling processes as products grow in complexity.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive change while delivering customer‑centric financial products. You’ll implement lean workflows, establish data-driven portfolio frameworks, and develop communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience managing programs, processes and change management in tech.
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation and operational programs to deliver honest financial products.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy and priorities.
• Implement lean processes and improve ways of working.
