Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform, owning end‑to‑end product strategy, execution, and platform infrastructure. You will guide multi‑team collaboration spanning design, engineering, analytics, and finance to achieve durable business outcomes.

The role requires deep fintech experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and scale a high‑performing product organization across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, with leadership of multi‑team domains or platforms.
• Experience building and scaling PM teams and product orgs.
• Strong background in payments/fintech and platform products.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi‑year Card domain vision and roadmap across consumer experience, growth, and economics.
• Lead PMs and PM leaders to build a high‑performing organization.
• Own GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for Card domain.
• Drive platform APIs and vendor/partner integrations to enable scale.
