Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform, owning end-to-end user experience and business outcomes. You will shape multi‑year strategy, oversee a platform powering issuance, authorization, and partner integrations, and build a high‑performing PM organization.

This remote-first role requires 15+ years in product leadership, deep fintech experience, and a track record of scaling complex product domains.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product leadership, multi-team or platform ownership.
• Experience managing managers and building PM teams.
• Strategic, systems thinking with portfolio-level view.
• Platform/fintech depth in payments, cards, or related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year vision for affirm Card across consumer experience, growth, and economics.
• Lead the US direct-to-consumer card products (Affirm Cards and in-app virtual cards).
• Oversee the Card Platform (authorization, ledgering, servicing, controls) and integrations.
• Translate company strategy into a coherent roadmap across multiple teams and systems.
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization of PMs and leaders.
• Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain.
