Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform, owning end‑to‑end user experiences and business outcomes. You will guide strategy, build a high‑performing PM team, and deliver durable results across card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

• 15+ years in product management, leading multi‑team product areas or platforms.
• Track record of owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end-to-end from strategy to delivery across experiences, growth, and economics.
• Build and scale a high-performing PM organization with standard processes and cadences.
• Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain.
• Lead platform strategy and execution for APIs, controls, and servicing systems.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, Partnerships, and GTM.
