Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Director of Product for the Affirm Card to lead the Card Domain and Card Platform, owning end-to-end user experience and business outcomes. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, drive platform capabilities, and oversee a high-performing PM team partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Legal.

You will influence product decisions at scale, collaborate with external networks and partners, and ensure scalable, profitable card solutions across geographies and use cases.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management.
• Experience leading multi-team product areas or platforms.
• Track record of owning large domains with meaningful financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing PM teams.
• Strong judgment across second- and third-order tradeoffs in complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end-to-end, defining multi-year vision across consumer experience and economics.
• Build and scale a high-performing PM organization, establishing standards and cadence.
• Own GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain, shaping investment and resource allocation.
• Lead platform strategy and execution, driving APIs and servicing systems with Engineering.
• Align senior stakeholders and manage external partner relationships across cross-functional teams.
