Marqeta is seeking a Senior Director of Sales (Financial Services) to lead a team selling multi‑product fintech platform solutions to F1000 customers. You will drive revenue, nurture strategic accounts, and shape the GTM plan with cross‑functional partners.

This role offers Flex First working options across the United States with remote work or in Oakland, CA or New York City offices; note that proximity may require occasional in‑office days.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of leading teams of AEs/AMs.
• Experience selling multi-product technology platforms to enterprise customers.
• Industry expertise in payments, retail, fintech and banking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team of 5+ Account Executives and Account Managers targeting F1000 customers.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align on customer needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Marqeta's solutions and communicate value.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine strategies.
• Build a diverse, equitable, inclusive, high-performing sales team by influencing the team's GTM strategy, hiring, team structure, culture, and sales processes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with key partner teams, including Vetting, Delivery, GNSO, Sales Strategy and Operations, Banking Partnerships and other teams in sales globally.
