Marqeta, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketing, Strategic Accounts to own marketing strategy for its strategic customer base, driving product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and long-term partnership growth.

This leader partners with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Communications, Events, Customer Success, and Sales to deepen engagement and accelerate expansion. The role supports a Flexible First approach and can be performed remotely across the United States or from the Oakland, CA

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with account-based focus and leadership experience (3+ years in people leadership).
• Experience marketing into complex enterprise accounts with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder committees.
• Proven track record driving cross-sell, upsell, and product adoption through marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account marketing to deepen engagement and expand expansion opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for strategic accounts focused on product adoption and revenue growth.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Events to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
