Marqeta is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead one of our largest global strategic accounts. You will be the primary contact for daily operations, driving proactive client service and cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely solutions.

You will identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and stay aligned with evolving business priorities. This role is remote-enabled, with flexible first policies across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Global Enterprise Account Management in payments.
• Strong communication across interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation channels.
• Familiarity with fintech, banking or payments trends.
• Card issuing and processing experience.
• Positive attitude, team player, adaptable and resourceful.
• Technical aptitude to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more strategic global accounts as primary day-to-day contact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely client solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with banking ops and external partners to drive submissions to completion.
