Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Senior Director, Learning & Development, to craft and drive an enterprise-wide learning strategy that supports leadership development, onboarding, career growth, and business impact. You will partner with the Chief People Officer and senior leaders to translate priorities into scalable programs across Communications and Consulting.

The role requires 8+ years in L&D, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with LMS and blended learning.

Qualifications

Design and deliver leadership development, manager enablement, onboarding, and functional programs.
Strong adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, blended learning.
Experience in healthcare/pharma/life sciences, or professional services.
Ability to translate business priorities into scalable, engaging learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with business objectives, talent priorities, and culture.
Design scalable programs for onboarding, leadership, and career development.
Partner with senior leaders to identify capability needs and measure impact.
Establish metrics and manage budgets, vendors, and platforms.
