Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking an senior learning and organizational development leader to architect and drive a multi-year talent development strategy across all levels of the firm.

The role partners with senior executives to design onboarding, development pathways, and leadership programs, while defining KPIs and ensuring high impact across professional services teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning, organizational design, or human capital management.
• 5+ years in a professional services environment.
• Proven track record of influencing senior partners and executives.
• Mastery of modern adult learning principles and performance consulting.
• Proven success in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Bachelor's degree required.
