Partner Company is seeking a senior leader to shape our enterprise-wide learning technology strategy and modernize the LMS ecosystem. This remote, nationwide role will drive platform transformations, explore AI, automation, and analytics to boost ROI.

You will set governance, accessibility, and UX standards, manage vendors and cross-functional implementations, and lead a small team to deliver measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in learning/HR technology and 2+ years in people management.
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms like Cornerstone or Docebo.

Responsibilities
