Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Director, Enterprise Associate Career Development to lead the learning and enablement of the enterprise career development strategy.

You will partner with Learning, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, HR, and business leaders to build an ecosystem that helps associates grow skills and navigate opportunities. You will translate the enterprise vision into scalable experiences, providing sophisticated consultation to leaders and driving coordinated

Qualifications

Bachelors or equivalent with 12+ years in talent development or related field.
Experience shaping enterprise or large-scale career development programs.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional work.
Experience developing strategy, governance, and measures for complex portfolios.
Strong knowledge of learning, talent marketplace, and employee experience practices.
Experience using analytics and learning technology to improve outcomes.
