Capital Group is seeking a senior Learning & Development Manager to shape how associates and leaders build capabilities for today and the future. You will lead learning talent development, knowledge management, and drive scalable solutions across Investment Operations and enterprise partners.

You will translate business priorities into learning portfolios, manage governance, and coach teams to deliver measurable improvements in readiness, adaptability, and leader effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in learning development.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a people leader.
• Knowledge management experience and Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning talent development and knowledge management strategy.
• Build a new global learning team and connect learning with performance support.
• Translate business priorities into scalable learning portfolios and knowledge practices.
