Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to shape enterprise learning strategies and drive leadership development across the organization.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable programs that accelerate performance. Lead design and execution of learning initiatives, leverage analytics to prove impact, and collaborate with HR and external providers to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred in HR, OD, L&D, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of related professional experience.
• 5–6 years in leadership or people management.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise learning and development strategies aligned to business goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and leadership needs.
• Create leadership development programs and scalable training solutions.
• Use learning analytics to measure impact and drive improvement.
• Build partnerships with HR, business leaders and external providers.
• Oversee learning technologies and content strategies.
