RSM US LLP is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner Director to translate business priorities into multi-year capability roadmaps and lead large-scale change initiatives. You will influence senior leaders, shape operating models, and drive measurement across the firm’s L&D strategy.

The role requires 12+ years in learning and development, performance consulting, and related fields, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• CPA or other relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated success developing strategy impacting business performance and leading large-scale initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and managing key internal client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with senior business and talent leaders and translate priorities into capability roadmaps.
• Lead organizational capability development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage the strategic portfolio of capability investments and governance.
• Frame problems, mobilize cross-functional teams, and communicate strategy clearly to stakeholders.
