Job summary

TransPerfect in Dallas seeks a Director of Enterprise Sales to build and maintain client relationships while identifying, pursuing and closing opportunities across our services. The ideal candidate has consultative selling experience with industry firms and corporations.

You will develop prospecting plans, manage multi‑stakeholder cycles, set targets, and lead proposals and pricing discussions. Expect travel for conferences and client meetings, domestic and international.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of enterprise sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven sales lifecycle experience from lead gen to close.

Responsibilities

• Develop prospective clients through research, referrals, and networking.
• Source and close new clients through calls, referrals, and events.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships by delivering elite service.
• Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Generate proposals and manage pricing and contracts.
• Travel domestically and internationally for conferences and client meetings.
