Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting sales, technology sales, digital transformation, professional services, or related field.
• Proven success selling complex, consultative solutions to large organizations.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and exceed targets.
• Experience engaging senior executives and developing relationships with C‑suite and VP‑level decision‑makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills.
• Ability to operate as a strategic advisor rather than a product salesperson.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on enterprise consulting and transformation opportunities.
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with senior business and technology leaders, including C‑suite and VP‑level executives.
• Leverage existing enterprise relationships while creating new ones through networking, referrals, and events.
• Build business cases and solution strategies linking client challenges to measurable outcomes.
• Navigate multi‑stakeholder sales cycles involving business, technology, procurement, legal, and executives.
• Travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
