Job summary

TransPerfect seeks a Director of Enterprise Sales in Dallas to lead client relationships and close deals across the company’s service offerings. The role focuses on consultative sales to industry firms and corporations, driving revenue through strategic pipeline development and multi-stakeholder engagement.

You will manage pricing, proposals, and client expectations while coordinating with internal specialists to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 6-10 years of sales experience in enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, directories and personal investigation.
• Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and leveraging knowledge of each industry.
• Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Generate daily outreach efforts to prospective clients.
