TransPerfect is seeking a Director of Business Development to grow its enterprise consulting business. You will identify complex business challenges within large global organizations and craft consulting‑led solutions.

The role involves engaging senior executives, shaping transformation opportunities, and expanding relationships to drive strategic outcomes. You will work with cross‑functional teams to assemble capabilities across consulting, technology, digital, content, data, and AI to deliver

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise consulting sales or related field.
Proven success selling complex, consultative solutions to large orgs.
Ability to generate pipeline beyond inbound opportunities.
Experience engaging C‑suite and VP‑level decision makers.
Strong executive communication and relationship skills.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute a strategic enterprise consulting sales plan.
Prospect and build relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
Leverage existing relationships and create new ones via networking and partnerships.
Lead discovery conversations to map strategy, priorities, and outcomes.
Develop business cases and negotiate terms across stakeholders.
Manage long multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close opportunities.
