Job summary

TransPerfect Translations International in Minneapolis seeks a Director of Enterprise Sales to build and manage client relationships while closing deals across our full service portfolio. The role requires experience selling to industry firms and corporations, a proven track record of hitting targets, and strong communication and analytical skills.

You will travel domestically and internationally and work with a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
• Proven sales lifecycle experience—from lead generation to closing.
• Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop prospective clients through strategies including internet research, referrals, various directories and personal investigation.
• Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means (trade shows, regional organizations).
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and engaging them with knowledge of each industry and organization.
• Formulates sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Travel domestically and internationally for conferences and client meetings.
