Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC seeks a Senior Director, Energy Systems to define multi-year strategy and the product roadmap for energy infrastructure, storage, and grid-connected solutions. You will align utility interconnection, market dynamics, and customer requirements to scalable platform offerings across regions.

You will drive executive-level decisions, partner with Product Engineering, Deployment, and Sustainability teams, and shape the energy portfolio to support rapid growth and reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Power Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s in Engineering, Energy Systems, or related advanced degree (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience developing strategic roadmaps and translating topics into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year roadmaps for energy infrastructure, power acquisition, and grid-connected solutions.
• Translate market intelligence, regulatory changes, and customer requirements into product direction and investment priorities.
• Own the energy-related portfolio and ensure reusable platform components over project-specific solutions.
• Lead regional energy teams to deploy energy products across markets.
