Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Director of Energy Systems to define the multi-year energy strategy and product roadmap for its global platform. You will lead the energy portfolio, including infrastructure, storage, generation integration, and grid partnerships, to deliver scalable, repeatable energy offerings for hyperscale deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in energy infrastructure, utilities, generation development, energy systems, power markets, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of energy project economics, investment analysis, and strategic business case development.
• Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and convert complex topics into scalable product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year roadmaps for energy infrastructure, power acquisition strategies, generation integration, storage deployment, and grid-connected energy solutions.
• Translate customer requirements, market intelligence, supply chain constraints, utility dynamics, interconnection evolution, regulatory changes, and policy developments into product direction and investment priorities.
• Provide strategic leadership on utility engagement, grid infrastructure considerations, and energy platform alignment across regions.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to ensure roadmap decisions are reflected in reference architectures and design standards.
