Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Director, Enablement - Shared Services in the United States. You will lead Learning Experience Design, governance, reporting, program management, and logistics to run enablement like a disciplined business.

You will coach managers, partner with Sales Skills and Leadership Development, and own governance frameworks to show program adoption and impact. This is a remote role for US residents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, business operations, or program management.
• Experience building or scaling operational functions within GTM or enablement.
• Experience leading and developing managers, not only individual contributors.
• Strong data orientation with ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enablement Business Operations: LXD, governance, reporting, program management, logistics.
• Ensure enablement runs like a business with clear intake, prioritization, and reporting cadences.
• Coach and develop managers within Shared Services to build depth.
• Partner with Sales Skills, Field Activation & Execution, and Leadership Development units.
• Own governance frameworks and reporting for leadership visibility on adoption and impact.
• Champion Samsara's operating principles as enablement scales globally.
