Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Scaled Customer Education Specialist to lead at-scale training for commercial and mid-market customers. You’ll design, deliver, and optimize cohorts across one-to-many programs, live webinars, and digital learning journeys.

This remote role supports customers in the US (excluding certain metro areas) and requires a strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and SaaS product training.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based programs for customers.
• Design experiences tying physical and digital assets to live sessions.
• Produce training materials and update them for product changes.
• Leverage tools to optimize training delivery (Samsara Community, AI tools).
• Demonstrate platform expertise and address a wide range of questions.
• Manage live session logistics, registration, Q&A and follow-up.
