Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement - Learning Design to lead the Learning Experience Design and Content Developer team, setting the strategy and quality bar for learning experiences that drive seller performance.

In this remote US role, you will coach designers, create scalable curricula, partner with Sales and Product Marketing, and measure impact to ensure measurable business outcomes while upholding Samsara's growth mindset and customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning & development, instructional design, or sales enablement.
• 3+ years leading an L&D or instructional design team.
• Experience building scalable learning programs for a sales or customer-facing organization.
• Strong leadership, hiring, and coaching skills.
• Experience with Articulate, Absorb (LMS), Showpad (CMS), Jira (PM), Claude (AI-assisted content development), and knowledge management systems (KMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Learning Experience Designers and Content Developers.
• Develop end-to-end learning and content execution plans.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and SMEs to build curricula and content.
• Establish standards for instructional design and learning technology.
• Manage intake and delivery of learning requests across projects.
• Measure program effectiveness and iterate designs based on data.
• Embed Samsara’s cultural principles at scale across geographies.
