Job summary

Samsara is seeking an experienced Senior Scaled Customer Education Specialist to lead cohort-based, one-to-many training programs for a global customer base. You will design engaging learning journeys, deliver live sessions, and ensure adoption of our connected operations platform across industries.

You will build digital assets, leverage AI tools, and collaborate with Education and CS teams to close knowledge gaps while upholding Samsara’s customer-first principles.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars to external audiences.
• Ability to create digital learning assets and job aids using AI tools.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Self-directed learner with analytical mindset to improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many programs for customers across onboarding to advanced product adoption.
• Design new experiences integrating physical and digital assets to live sessions and Community experiences.
• Produce and adapt training materials to reflect product changes and audience needs.
• Leverage in-house and external tools to optimize training delivery (e.g., community, AI).
• Demonstrate platform expertise and handle a wide range of customer questions during live sessions.
• Manage all live session logistics: registration, delivery, Q&A, polling, follow-up resources.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content for live training.
• Identify knowledge gaps and address them with Product and CS teams through programming.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
