The role emphasizes quality, sanitation, and cost control across the facility’s dining services.

The Sr. Director will steer strategic initiatives, collaborate with hospital leadership, and drive talent development, ensuring delivery of exceptional dining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience.
• 2–4 years in direct foodservice operations management with inventory/purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food, catering trends, quality, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service is desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
