• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 5+ years progressive leadership in lending or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams across consumer lending channels.

Responsibilities

• Meet loan sales and service goals for consumer lending.
• Grow and manage consumer lending and credit card portfolios.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions to drive utilization and growth.
• Approve, track, and process indirect loans with dealers and staff.
• Oversee underwriting, originations, and asset quality to meet growth targets.
• Develop and implement changes to consumer lending policies and products.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations on consumer loan origination.
• Provide training and coaching to staff; present updates to leadership and Board as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and schedule staff; prepare annual budgeting for related activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and industry trends to improve lending operations.
