Job summary

Peninsula Federal Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Manager to direct and coordinate all consumer lending activities within the Credit Union, ensuring compliance with policies. The role collaborates with the Director of Branch Operations and Branch Managers to maintain staff proficiency on lending procedures and policies.

Responsibilities include overseeing underwriting, meeting lending goals, and guiding staff while ensuring compliance with lending regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of consumer lending experience or related field.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to influence and build relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all consumer lending activities; ensure compliance with credit union policies.
• Oversee and train underwriting staff; monitor lending procedures and performance.
• Develop annual sales goals for lending programs and coordinate with marketing to achieve them.
• Oversee customer relationship development and ensure regulatory compliance (BSA, AML, OFAC).

Two-year college degree / specialized training
