Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination required.
• 7+ years in consumer lending operations, with auto, personal loans or credit cards.
• 3+ years in management or senior leadership in a financial institution.
• Experience with fintech lending platforms or third-party vendors.
• Credit union experience preferred.
• Experience with digital lending platforms and automated decisioning preferred.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor all facets of consumer lending operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of direct and fintech lending teams.
• Set goals, monitor KPIs, and report performance.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and risk controls.
• Lead fintech partnerships and platform integrations.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scale.
• Develop and lead lending staff through coaching and evaluations.
