Job summary

PenAir Credit Union seeks a senior leader to direct all consumer lending operations, including direct, indirect, unsecured, and credit card products. You will be responsible for portfolio performance, credit quality, and achieving lending objectives while ensuring safety and soundness.

The role requires 10–15 years in consumer lending leadership, with a strong track record of building growth-focused programs and strong regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of experience in consumer lending leadership.
• Strong understanding of consumer, commercial, and real estate lending practices.
• Proven ability to develop lending strategies and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and growth of consumer lending functions.
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop lending strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and ALM teams to balance growth and quality.
• Drive process improvements and fintech partnerships to enhance efficiency.
