WCG is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions, to ensure a seamless client experience across post-sale activities. You will partner with Business Development, Data & Insights teams, and other functions to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

The role requires a strong data analytics background, executive presence, and leadership of cross-functional teams. This position is remote in the United States with some travel and reports to the Data & Insights

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business development support, commercial operations, account management, or client experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Subject matter expertise in clinical trial and healthcare data (clinical trial data, RWD/RWE, EHR/claims).
• Experience with analytics/BI tools and translating findings into business recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and align client objectives with capabilities.
• Lead client Experience and success plans, renewal strategies, risk mitigation, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Standardize and implement best practices for client experience functions, including support and go-to-market activities.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience with our tools.
• Lead data/storytelling sessions, translate analytics outputs for executive audiences.
• Mentor Data & Insights staff and shape the analytics roadmap with Product teams.
