Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions, to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for clients at every touchpoint, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive relationship management and operational excellence across the Data & Insights teams.

A key component is partnering with Business Development and internal teams to align client and company objectives, while delivering measurable value and long-term partnership success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development support, commercial operations, account management, or client experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Subject matter expertise in clinical trial and healthcare data (clinical trial data, RWD/RWE, EHR/claims, CDISC).
• Experience with analytics/BI tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau) to lead technical discussions.
• Proven ability translating analytic findings into business recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Experience supporting data-driven solutioning, proposals, and feasibility assessments in a data/analytics environment.
• Proven success managing strategic accounts and leading high-performing teams.
• Executive presence, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations as they relate to research.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases and Adobe

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals and client needs.
• Leads and develops the client-facing marketing/operations function supporting Data & Insights.
• Directs resolution of complex problems spanning client experience, marketing, and operations.
• Defines and tracks performance metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Analyzes client needs and market insights to shape strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Serves as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and aligns client objectives with capabilities.
• Builds trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
• Oversees development and execution of client experience plans and renewal strategies.
• Identifies opportunities for account expansion and ensures timely guidance through all channels.
• Standardizes and implements best practices for client experience functions.
• Partners with Sales, Product, Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Directs marketing and operations for Data & Insights through the Marketing & Operations Director.
• Analyzes client feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensures metrics are defined and met for support and client experience scores.
• Identifies opportunities for cross-selling in collaboration with BD and partners.
• Supports Business Development with customer solutioning and proposals.
• Ensures clients realize the full value of our solutions.
• Represents the voice of the customer in internal planning and product discussions.
• Acts as SME for Data & Insights portfolio and leads technical discussions.
