Job summary
Hire Consulting Services is seeking a Director of Business Development to identify strategic accounts, develop entry strategies, and lead prospecting efforts. You will build relationships with Fortune 1000 targets and work with a cross-functional team to craft solutions that meet client objectives.
The role supports a fully remote setup with a requirement to reside in the greater Seattle area. A strong track record in professional services sales and large deal sizes is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
- Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
- Large volume sales experience ($250k+ per sale).
- Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
- Career stability with a maximum of 4 jobs in the last ten years.
- Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
Responsibilities
- The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, developing relationships and understanding the customer’s critical business strategies, then working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer’s business objectives.
