Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth for a Global engagement solutions provider serving Fortune 1000 clients. This remote role requires residency in the greater Seattle area and a proven history of high-value B2B sales.

You will identify strategic accounts, design entry strategies, lead prospecting, build relationships, and collaborate with experts to deliver solutions that meet customer objectives and revenue targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
