H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Director of Business Development to identify key accounts, craft entry strategies, and drive a results-focused prospecting campaign. You will partner with subject-matter experts to implement solutions that advance client business objectives.

The ideal candidate has a decade of B2B sales success, a stable career history, and a track record of revenue growth through new business development. This remote role requires residing in the greater Seattle area.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of direct B2B sales experience with Fortune 1000 clients.
Proven track record in new business development.
Experience across long sales cycles (3–12 months).
Stable career history with at most 4 jobs in 10 years.
Compensation based on commissions and bonuses.
History of increasing revenue through lead generation.
