Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new account entry strategies, prospecting campaigns, and strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 clients. The role emphasizes ownership of revenue growth through high-value professional services sales.

This hybrid position requires residence in the greater Chicagoland area, with in-office presence at least 3 days per week. Compensation is uncapped and linked to performance, with a base salary of $140K plus commissions

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k+ per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
