Job summary
PagerDuty seeks a strategic Corporate Strategy Director to partner with the executive team in defining market opportunities and growth strategies. You will drive AI strategy initiatives across product, engineering, finance, and marketing to translate corporate goals into executable plans with clear ownership.
The role requires deep enterprise software and DevOps domain expertise, MBA-level strategic execution, and a track record of delivering data-driven recommendations in fast-growing
Qualifications
- Domain expertise in DevOps, IT Operations, observability, monitoring, incident management, or related enterprise markets.
- MBA from a top-tier program (or equivalent) and a Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
- Strong strategic execution and analytics with ability to build actionable plans and financial models.
- Excellent communication; proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Establish operational objectives and drive strategy execution for the corporate strategy team.
- Serve as SME on enterprise AI strategy and identify AI-driven opportunities and initiatives.
- Conduct market analyses, build financial models including P&L projections and ROI analyses.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage strategy discipline through supervision.
