Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Senior Director of Solutions Consulting to lead North America’s Solution Consulting & Value Engineering efforts. You will shape strategy, partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue to drive growth, and build scalable plays and demo standards across Strategic, Enterprise, Commercial, and Architecture segments.

You will hire and mentor a high-performing team, own POVs for high-value deals, and drive executive-level engagements while exploring AI-powered tools to improve

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive growth in technical sales roles with at least 3 years in a senior-level people management role.
• Strategic leadership with proven revenue generation across varied customers and technologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior executives and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical problem-solving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to align strategy.
• Experience leading globally distributed technical sales teams.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps/SRE concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for the North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering org across segments.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to influence product direction and outcomes.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks; establish a Global Center of Excellence for demos and POVs.
• Hire and mentor top talent to scale the team for growth.
• Lead POVs and reference architectures for strategic and named accounts in executive reviews.
• Own the full customer journey to protect and grow net revenue retention.
• Advance AI-powered tools to scale repeatable technical sales motions.
