Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic technical engagements with US-based Fortune 500+ customers. You will partner with CTOs/CIOs and VP of Engineering to align digital resilience initiatives with the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, guiding deployment, architecture decisions, and long-term roadmaps.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership, drive technical credibility, and mentor high-performing sales engineers across major deals.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years leading technical teams, solutions architecture, or product programs in SaaS/DevOps/cloud.
• Proven record influencing C-level executives at large enterprises.
• Strong ability to support and influence complex sales cycles and customer journeys.
• Deep expertise in incident management, SRE, AIOps, cloud-native architectures, ITSM/ITIL, or cybersecurity incident response.
• Outstanding public speaking and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the US and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical face of PagerDuty to CTOs, CIOs, and VP-level leaders in US enterprises.
• evangelize PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor sales teams, and advise on AI in operations.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex, high-stakes opportunities across the US.
• Represent PagerDuty at industry events and with digital content, white papers, and media.
