PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Solutions Consulting to lead NA Solution Consulting & Value Engineering. You will shape the org, partner with Sales, Product, and Revenue leadership, and build scalable playbooks that elevate demo engineering and POV delivery for strategic accounts.

You will hire and mentor a high-performing team, drive executive-level engagement, and push for AI-powered tools to scale repeatable sales motions while protecting net revenue retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales with 3+ years in a senior management role.
• Strategic leadership partnering with sales to drive revenue across customers.
• Experience selling SaaS/Cloud and with IT Ops/Engineering tech stacks.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps/SRE workflows, APIs & integrations.
• Comfort with observability or incident management tooling.
• Strong analytical problem-solving in fast-moving settings.
• Excellent written and spoken communication at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for NA Solutions Consulting & Value Engineering across segments.
• Represent Customer Engineering with Sales, Product, and Revenue leadership.
• Build scalable playbooks and a Global Center of Excellence for demos and POVs.
• Hire outstanding people to scale the organization.
• Inspire the team with coaching and career development.
• Partner with sales and customer success to optimize outcomes.
• Manage deals, POVs, and reference architectures for enterprise pursuits.
• Own the full customer journey to protect and grow NRR.
• Drive AI-powered tools and automation to scale sales motions.
