PagerDuty in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Solutions Consulting to lead the North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering organization. You will guide demos, POVs, and executive engagements across Strategic, Enterprise, Commercial, and Architecture segments.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to shape product direction, drive net revenue retention, and set scalable standards globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales with at least 3 years in a senior-level people management role.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive revenue across diverse customers.
• Experience selling SaaS and Cloud technologies to IT/engineering orgs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and oral communication at executive levels.
• Track record of managing key leadership metrics (NRR, POV-to-close).

Responsibilities

• Define vision for North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering org.
• Lead demo engineering, POVs, and engagement frameworks across segments.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to drive strategy.
• Build scalable playbooks and a Global Center of Excellence for demos.
• Hire and mentor high-performing team members.
• Drive innovative, AI-powered tools to improve sales motions and efficiency.
