Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Director, Solutions Consulting to lead the North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering organization. You will oversee demos, POVs, and executive engagements across Strategic, Enterprise, Commercial and Architecture segments to accelerate revenue and ensure customer success.

You will hire and mentor a high-performing team, partner with Sales and Product leadership, and shape reference architectures for strategic pursuits while driving AI-powered automation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive growth in technical sales roles with at least 3 years in a senior-level people management role.
• Proven track record of partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue generation across a wide range of customers.
• Experience with SaaS & Cloud technologies and selling into IT Ops/Engineering environments.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps/SRE workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and apply rigorous logic in fast-moving settings.
• Excellent written and oral communication for executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for NA Solution Consulting & Value Engineering across segments.
• Lead demo engineering and value engineering to influence product direction and revenue.
• Build scalable playbooks and POV methodologies adopted across the field org.
• Hire and mentor top talent to scale the team into future growth.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to optimize net revenue retention.
• Drive AI-powered tools and repeatable sales motions to improve productivity.
